Pete Van Duzee, DVM

Dr. Pete Van Duzee is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana, graduating from New Iberia Senior High in 1994. Dr. Van Duzee earned his Bachelors of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science in 1998 from Louisiana State University. Dr. Pete met the love of his life, Jennifer, in 2000, and they were wed in 2002. He then pursued his love for animals in 2003 and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Dr. Van Duzee began practicing veterinary medicine in 2008 at Town and Country Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Pete Van Duzee and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of three boys, Cole, Dawson, and Sawyer. The Van Duzee’s share their loving home with Marlie, their orange tabby cat. He is active in the Lafayette community, currently serving as secretary of the Rotary Club of Lafayette South. When he is not busy with all of these activities, he enjoys his family time, including soccer, baseball and fishing.
